If you’re a care plan client, you may have already noticed a new name in your support ticket replies. Kalia Guheen has joined Spacious as our Operations Manager and Frontend Developer.
Kalia brings deep WordPress experience, having built and managed sites for law firms, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and more. She’s comfortable customizing themes and digging into PHP, and she also understands design, content, and the client side of a project. Her real specialty is the part in between: keeping the technical work and the people behind it in sync, from kickoff through launch.
Her arrival comes with a sharpened focus. We’re doubling down on what we do best, which is building and maintaining excellent WordPress websites. With Kalia on board we have more development capacity and stronger project management, which means smoother builds and faster support for you. As part of that focus, we’re no longer offering logo design.
Kalia lives in Virginia Beach and enjoys running, traveling, and time with her family. Please join us in welcoming her!

Kalia’s arrival follows a goodbye. Tessa Johnson left Spacious at the end of August after three wonderful years with us. She’s now leading a team of seven designers at an agency near her home in Newcastle, England, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for her.
Tessa did a ton to build this business, including designing our current brand. We parted on great terms and plan to stay in touch. Thank you for everything, Tessa, and best of luck with what’s next!
