We’re excited to announce the launch of a new website for the Healthcare Improvement Foundation (HCIF), a dynamic nonprofit based here in Philadelphia.
Supporting healthy people and communities requires a holistic approach involving many different institutions, health care settings, and community health initiatives. The institutions often work in silos, however, which leads to inefficiency and duplicative work.
That’s where HCIF comes in. Relying on their extensive network of institutional and community partners, HCIF facilitates the sharing of knowledge and experience to maximize human health throughout our healthcare institutions and communities.
HCIF needed a website to better tell their story as an organization and to position themselves as experts in the fields of community and clinical healthcare. Their previous website didn’t accurately reflect their forward-thinking approach and the imagery was not representative of the audiences they serve.
Early in the project, they invited me to join their team retreat. It was my first time facilitating an in-person strategy session since the pandemic and such a fun way to kick off a project with a new team. We explored their goals, their values, and their audience, then took a deep dive on the gap between how they see themselves vs. how their audience sees them.
It was a highly collaborative project with input from the whole team. We’re so excited for them to use their new website and refreshed brand to make an impact on the delivery of effective healthcare throughout the region.
